Client Overview

The client is an EdTech brand offering courses in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, and Interior Design and many more streams. They were actively running paid campaigns but were struggling with profitability.

The Problem

  • • CPA was at £40 to £45
  • • Conversion rate was just 0.56%
  • • High bounce rate on landing page
  • • Creative quality was weak and not aligned with student intent

The Goal

  • • Minimum ROAS of 3
  • • At least 10 to 15 sales per day

What I Found

Creatives Gap

Creatives were not strong enough, visually average and did not speak to the aspirations of the students. Also, the media buying wasn't done properly.

Landing Page Friction

The landing page lacked clarity, incomplete course information, weak value positioning, and poor structure, all of which were causing heavy drop-offs.

Strategy & Execution

1. Fixed the Landing Page Experience

Before touching scaling, I focused on conversion. I researched what aspiring fashion and interior design students were expecting and aligned the landing page messaging accordingly. I also solved the high bounce rate problem with the help of a developer by removing content that wasn't adding value and reducing the load time of images and videos.

2. Rebuilt the Creative Strategy

The existing creatives weren't compelling enough. I introduced higher-quality visuals using strong aspirational images and tested different angles. This significantly improved engagement and brought in better-quality traffic with higher intent.
